Cladding using D-LOCK-T 100 and external trapezoid wave metal profiles, layered as follows:
- Interior panel of perforated D-LOCK-T 100 cassettes galvanized and painted white. The thickness of the cassettes will be according to the distance between the supports, and with the constructor’s approval. The cassettes will be connected with penetrating galvanized screws every 140 cm, to ensure combined action and provide reinforcement.
- The cassette will be inlaid with 2” thick, 12 kg/m3 dense glass wool.
- Galvanized and painted metal sheets with trapezoid wave geometry will be assembled above the cassettes to form the external layer, as per architect’s design.
- Optional addition of a drywall layer, according to acoustics requirements.
- Peripheral closure as per architect’s design.
